We have kicked off an important capital raise, which we expect to have finalised by the end of the year. We have had a tremendous response from the investors we have spoken to so far and are confident of meeting our targets for this raise.
The capital raise process is vital for us to achieve our goal of being a global renewable energy storage provider. We will be able to report on the final raise soon and let you how we will use funds to fully commercialise our stationary energy storage offering and continue our R&D in our new division to commercialise lithium battery additives for mobile energy storage.
