Gelion is thrilled to announce the recruitment of Amit Gupta as our new Chief Financial Officer. He joins us from Deloitte’s Financial Advisory team, where he was predominantly working on initial public offerings and merger & acquisition transactions.
He brings us a wealth of knowledge. Amit is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles. He started his career with KPMG.
Amit holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Finance and Master of Accounting. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Gelion announces the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Battery Minerals Ltd and a grant of up to £170,000 by the UK government’s Department of Business and Trade (DBT).
