Kim has over 25 years’ experience in global property development and infrastructure. She has held leadership roles across operations, stakeholder management, construction, finance and legal for some of the world’s biggest developers. She was an equity partner of Australia’s pre-eminent law-firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now part of King & Wood Mallesons), specialising in Projects & Investments.

Most recently, Kim has been working with Lendlease on its joint venture Malaysian RM10b development ‘The Exchange, TRX’ in Kuala Lumpur, and helped guide the delivery of its $A6 billion Australian ‘Barangaroo’ project in Sydney.

Kim holds Law and Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales, and post-graduate qualifications in Corporate Governance.
